- Future Rates: Reactivation is subject to current market rates; your current rate is not locked in for the future.
- Pause Option: You may Request a 30-Day Hold instead of canceling to avoid termination fees and keep your current rate.
- 30-Day Notice: This form serves as your official notice. Cancellation is effective 30 days from today.
- Final Billing: Any payments scheduled within this 30-day window will process as scheduled and are non-refundable.
- Early Termination Fee: For contracts, the fee is the difference between the month-to-month rate and your discounted rate for the remaining months (e.g., 3 months remaining × $56 = $168).
