The Family Man Who Built a Life of Strength

When you walk into Reason Fitness at 6:00AM, you’ll likely see Vince in the middle of a workout—focused, grounded, and consistent. A longtime San Gabriel Valley resident, a CRO, father of two, and caretaker to aging parents, Vince wears many hats. But for the last seven years, he’s made one thing clear: fitness is non-negotiable.

Originally from New York and now a long time Temple City resident, Vince joined Reason Fitness seeking something close to home. What he found was far more than convenience, it became a cornerstone for his physical and mental well-being.

The Power of Consistency

Vince’s greatest achievement isn’t a specific PR or race finish…it’s showing up. Week after week, year after year, through career growth, parenting two young kids, and managing the demands of life, Vince has continued to train. That consistency has delivered big returns:

  • Improved sleep quality
  • Easier breathing and recovery
  • Greater focus at work
  • A calmer mindset during stressful seasons
  • Sustainable energy to be present for his kids and parents

Fitness as Mental Health Medicine

As someone who balances a high-pressure job and family demands, Vince credits CrossFit with being his mental reset button. It’s not just about lifting weights or staying in shape—it’s his outlet, his space to recharge, and his way to manage stress. Especially during tough times, fitness became his anchor.

Family First, Fitness Always

Whether it’s family art nights or cheering on his kids at sporting events, Vince’s approach to life is grounded in presence. He trains so he can keep up—not just physically, but emotionally and mentally. He’s motivated by the desire to break generational health patterns and set a new standard for his children.

Life Balance, Not Perfection

Yes, Vince loves training…but he also loves donuts, breakfast burritos, and a strong cup of coffee. He’s human afterall 🙂 His story isn’t about perfection. It’s about real life: juggling responsibilities, indulging occasionally, and still committing to the habits that make him stronger. This is what crushing it in your mid forties looks like.

Vince represents the modern athlete: not a full-time professional, but a full-time human. Someone who gets up early, shows up for his family, leads a department at work, and still carves out time for his health.

His story is a reminder that fitness doesn’t have to be extreme to be life-changing. It just has to be consistent.
